There is no sense in getting 50 attractions for 2 children to play on, and there is no sense in getting one bounce house for 5,000 kids. The size of your crowd will determine how much entertainment you need to order.

Third the length of the event- this will also determine how much entertainment you need. If you have a long event, then you may not need as much stuff… If you have a short event then you need more entertainment to serve the crowd during the allotted times.
