For the best results when planning a Team Building event, it is sometimes wise to look beyond the typical trust exercises we have all seen countless times. Today’s work force has seen all those tricks, and all those games before. What you need when planning a team building event is fresh ideas, new games, and activities that will keep your team members engaged, active, and involved.
Why Team Building?
This is valid question, and one you should ask yourself before planning a team building event. There are many reasons why companies choose to hold these types of events for their staff and employees. The reason you would like to hold this event can vary:

There are all kinds of reasons to host a Teambuilding event. Each team, each company, and each group has its own needs, wants, and requests- at Clowns Unlimited we can work with anyone to provide the perfect solution to your team building needs.
Below are a few ideas for Team Building Programs which we have provided-
1) Gladiator Games – Inflatable Joust, Obstacle Course, Bungee Run, & Sumo Wrestling type activities.
2) Game Show/Table Games – We can run several rounds of game show for them in a room with several table games and other ancillary activities going on.
3) Team Building Ropes Course – This is the type of thing thats sets us apart from the rest- we have a mobile ropes course which is the perfect attraction for any teambuilding event. It is 100% portable!
4) Field Trip to the Inflatable Kingdom! Brendan will send an email with info- we can do any of these packages here. It looks like timing will be an issue.
5) Game Room – A simple game room would work great. With pool tables, air hockey, ping pong, double shoot hoops, X-Box, mini golf, etc…
6) Trivia Night – Divide group into 8-20 teams, seat them at rounds, and have a series of trivia questions/ group challenges for each table to overcome.
7) Survivor Challenge – The ultimate challenge for your group- we put them through various tests and challenges, physical, mental, and even a gross out!
