Your crew was especially kind to the children, and they were careful to make sure that no one was injured. First of all, you and your team “did it again!”. Clown’s arrived early and tirelessly worked to have all facets of the event on-line and play ready when our Employees arrived; then maintained and hosted all activities and food services flawlessly throughout the 6 hour event. Clown’s x-on-the-forehead ownership and coordination, the general quality of the staff, and diligence/responsiveness throughout the event were commendable! Great Job! This year we extended Clown’s responsibility to include multiple Food and Drink venues. Whereby we knew Clown’s specialized in Event Entertainment, we learned you are just as capable of delivering outstanding and diverse Food solutions. Finally, Clowns was asked to work directly with the Chamber’s Bay team to make sure the overall offering was seamlessly delivered and supported. I can wholeheartedly say, I couldn’t distinguish between one of Clowns’ people and Chambers’. Throughout the event, whether it was setup, sustaining or tearing down the two teams worked together and just made it happen. I saw no instance of finger pointing between teams, I witnessed the teams cooperating and unified. Again, well done! Of course we never know what our opportunities will be to host such an event from year to year, but be assured you are highly regarded as a capable and distinguished Entertainment and Food provider for Employee events. "Best Birthday Ever"

I just wanted to thank you again for another “best birthday ever”! The kids had a great time and the jungle theme was perfect. Katie was old enough to enjoy everything and everyone participated…even my 78 year old uncle! Everything was a hit. My husband said he had never seen things so well used! Many of the kids didn’t know each other before we began but they sure got to know each other while racing on the slide, blowing bubbles, throwing baskets and crawling through the Playlite. The staff was great and put up with me when I asked if the Playlite could be moved a little so the parents wouldn’t lose their kids in the water when they thought they were headed into the Playlite. Dads loved the bubbles as much as the kids did. The party was a hit!! Thank you! Thank you!
