At Clowns Unlimited we have many options for the Birthday planning parent.
Some parents choose to simply hire a clown for their child's party, and they handle the rest of the party on their own. Some choose to hire just an inflatable bouncer or ride.

Clown/Bounce Value Package
This is a package that we recommend to just about any birthday planning parent. There are many advantages to this package, first and foremost- the value. If you request the “Clown and Bouncer Combo Package” we will offer you $20.00 off the combined price of the two items.
The package features: One Hour of Clowning and Three hours of Bouncer/Ride rental. The first hour or so of your event the kids will be bouncing on the bouncer and will be wearing themselves out. Just when they are beginning to get a little tired- the Clown shows up!!! The Clown performs a comedy magic show, tells jokes, makes balloons, and entertains the kids! When the clown wraps up his/her act- you can serve refreshments, and the bouncer is there for the remainder of the party!!!
What if my child is scared of Clowns?
Some children are scared of clowns. The best way to know if your child is scared of clowns is by thinking back to any time that your child met any other costumed character. How did you child react then?
If Santa Claus caused a screaming fit, or the easter bunny made your child want to take up hunting- your child may have a problem with a clown as well...
To a young child, a clown is someone who looks, dresses, and acts differently than the people they are used to.
1) Take some time to prepare your child for the experience. Find a picture book or video about clowns. Describe what Clowns look like and how they may dress and act differently than what your child is used to. Tell them that clowns are goofy, friendly, and funny.
2) NEVER tell the child: "You might be scared" because your child might think you're suggesting that clowns are something to be afraid of. The more prepared and positive your child feels, the more likely a positive outcome.
3) When you meet the clown, greet the clown as you would a friend, the child will likely follow your lead. Be accessible to your child, it is a new experience, stay within view, preferably within reach if your little one is unsure. Take your time and don't rush him/her into the experience. Little children might be fascinated by a clown from a distance but face to face may be way too much!!! Move in slowly and if your child seems tentative, let him sit back and watch while other children interact with the clown. Often times a child who was scared will come up and ask the clown for a balloon!!!
4) Fear of costumed characters is normal. Don't compare your child to other children who are enjoying the experience. It's OK if your child doesn't like clowns. The child who runs and hides this year may be the very one who will be begging you to have the clown come back next year!
How Much Should I tip the clown?
This is a question we hear a lot.
If you choose to tip your clown, or any other performer, follow the same general rules you would for a waiter in a restaurant. An average tip is 15%-20%. Naturally, tip the clown according to the overall quality their performance at the party.
Are your clowns safe?
YES. This is the advantage you have with getting your clown from Clowns Unlimited.
When you are hiring a clown, don't you want to know that the clown is someone you can trust to be around your kids?
At Clowns Unlimited, our clowns are required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check. We do this because we feel it is necessary to be sure that we are providing you with nothing but the best in birthday experiences!
Over the past 20 years we have developed a rigorous selection and training process for our clowns, so you can not only rest assured your clown is safe- but you can also be confident that your clown will be the perfect addition to your party!
Is my Child too old for a clown?
As long as your child wants a clown, your child is not too old to have a clown at his/her party.
If your child is thinking that it may be "un cool" to have a clown at their party there are plenty of other options available. We have a huge inventory of entertainers/rides and attractions that are perfect for this type of situation.
